仕事内容
As Continuous Improvement Analysts, we are responsible for leading and driving Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence initiatives across our manufacturing operations. Our focus is on identifying and implementing improvements in processes, materials, and productivity to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs and waste, and support digital transformation efforts. We leverage data analytics, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize manufacturing performance. Additionally, we collaborate with regional stakeholders across the Asia Pacific and global teams to ensure alignment and success.
Our key responsibilities include leading Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives in our factory. We drive Operational Excellence programs, such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kanban systems, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Quick Changeover (QCO), waste reduction, and process optimization. Moreover, we develop and implement solutions to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
We analyze machine capacity, manpower planning, inventory levels, and material flow to optimize operations and support business growth. Our role also involves supporting digitalization and automation initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and technology deployment. We prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations to support manufacturing strategy and operational objectives.
We lead and execute cost reduction, waste reduction, and productivity improvement projects across manufacturing operations. Utilizing Power BI and data analytics tools, we identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making. We also provide Continuous Improvement support for manufacturing processes, including stamping, molding, assembly, Bill of Materials (BOM), and routing, ensuring our operations are both innovative and efficient.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Excellence. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies. Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably automotive or electronics. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, including stamping, molding, assembly, BOM, and routing. Strong data analytics and reporting skills, preferably using Power BI. Fluent English communication skills; Chinese language skills are a plus. - **望ましい経験**: Experience with SAP, Power Apps, Tableau, AutoCAD, automation, or digitalization projects is an advantage. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus. |
