仕事内容
As a Signal Integrity Engineer in the D&D Socket team, our main focus is on the electrical design, simulation, and validation testing of CPU sockets and internal connectors aimed at achieving high-speed communications and connectivity within datacenters and wireless infrastructure. We independently handle projects related to signal integrity for socket products and system designs—this includes modeling, simulation, testing, and PCB layout. Our role involves collaboration within a broader team encompassing mechanical, manufacturing, and operations teams to drive advanced product designs forward.
We manage the technical elements crucial to maintaining the signal integrity performance of products and platforms, starting from initial analysis up to prototype fabrication, evaluation, and production verification testing stages. Our responsibilities include working closely with mechanical engineers to develop new products by simulating SI performance and guiding design directions for optimal SI outcomes. We coordinate with PCB designers to develop SI evaluation boards, offering design guides and reviewing layout designs. Additionally, we measure SI performance and validate simulation results.
Part of our responsibilities entails collaborating with product managers to design new business integrations, communicating effectively with customers, and providing solutions to meet their requirements. We oversee the signal integrity design, simulation, and validation activities throughout a product's development cycle, and we contribute to developing new methodologies or refining existing techniques to improve product performance.
Key skills required for this role include strong capabilities in signal integrity analysis using tools like Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS, proficiency with test instruments such as vector network analyzers and TDR, and a solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and circuit behavior. | その他 | - **応募要件**: Bachelor’s degree on Electrical Engineering/Electromagnetic Wave Engineering, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a signal integrity engineering role. Experience with interconnect design or experience with connector. Signal integrity analysis tools (Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS). Test instruments (Vector Network Analyzer, TDR) A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix the problems. SixSigma methodologies or other strong data analytics background is a PLUS. Cording skill of Python, C++, Visual Basic, Matlab is a PLUS. Familiarity with printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly. Proficient in Altium Designer is a PLUS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a global environment –, fluent in English (verbal/written), able to collaborate with individuals across geographies. Individual must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently. - **望ましい経験**: Printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly (Altium, AutoCAD).
