仕事内容
We lead a lean team of real estate professionals, overseeing complex, high-value real estate transactions. Our role involves providing strategic guidance to align the organization's real estate portfolio with business objectives while maintaining compliance with legal and corporate governance standards. Situated within the corporate-wide real estate and transaction management function, we manage the company's diverse portfolio across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Malaysia, we report to the Senior Director of Global Real Estate and are responsible for managing high-value real estate transactions, ensuring efficient negotiation, review, and execution of legal documents, contracts, and leases. We provide strategic advice to support business objectives, manage risks, and optimize portfolio outcomes, acting as the subject matter expert on project teams across various portfolios including office, warehouse, land, and manufacturing.
Additionally, we partner with the company's transaction management provider to develop negotiation strategies and close deals timely. Our role includes input into financial planning, serving as a resource for budgeting and forecasting, and developing strategies to enhance portfolio efficiency and cost-effectiveness. We engage with business leaders and collaborate with global resources to align with real estate objectives, oversee due diligence processes, and advise on risks and compliance. We collaborate with internal teams to optimize strategies and support sustainability initiatives, ensuring adherence to corporate policies. Overall, we focus on improving cost, utilization, and strategic alignment of the real estate portfolio, with a significant travel component required for the role.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field with 12 or more years of relevant experience - Fluency in English, additional language capabilities are preferred. - Strong understanding of relevant financial tools, including NPV analysis, rate of return, IRR, and basic real estate law. - Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, prioritization, ownership, and analytical skills. - Ability to travel as required. - Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft productivity applications and AI-enabled tools. - **望ましい経験**: - Knowledge of facilities and infrastructure management is preferred. |
