Tier 3 HR inquiries across multiple geographies. Provides guidance to HR Business Delivery
Specialists to ensure consistent and compliant ways of working. Leads initiatives to improve service
delivery, resolve escalated cases, and support strategic HR programs in partnership with global and
regional teams. Operates as a senior individual contributor with deep expertise in HR operations and
employee relations. Influences cross-functional teams and drives consistency in HR delivery. May lead
projects and/or mentor HR Business Delivery Specialists. Supports the development of scalable,
compliant, and employee-centric HR practices across the enterprise.
