仕事内容
As a Clinical Trial Manager at Syneos Health, we oversee site management, clinical and central monitoring deliverables, ensuring focus on patient safety, protocol compliance, and data integrity. Our responsibilities include managing site interactions from activation through closure, patient recruitment, investigator payments, and other related activities. We identify critical data, processes, and protocol execution risks, deploying strategic and problem-solving skills to implement risk mitigation plans. Using our clinical experience, we analyze operational data to spot risks in trial deliverables, escalating issues to the project manager when necessary.
We participate in key meetings, serve as a communication escalation point, and collaborate with leaders in various functions like Study Start Up and Data Management to coordinate study milestones. Our role involves developing and maintaining clinical study tools and templates, ensuring systems like CTMS and dashboards are operational, and conducting user acceptance testing. We ensure study teams receive protocol-specific training, monitor resource allocations, and assess risks to delivery or quality.
We also oversee the quality and progress of clinical monitoring activities, review site and monitoring documentation, and provide solutions for protocol execution challenges. Additionally, we ensure cross-departmental compliance with regulatory requirements, support inspection readiness, and manage CRAs and Central Monitors. By providing staff feedback and maintaining performance standards, we contribute to achieving data lock deadlines and support the execution of corrective actions when necessary.
