仕事内容
私たちの主な業務内容は、物流拠点において、日々作成される計画に従って作業工程を円滑に進めることです。これを実現するために、社内ツールを駆使した生産管理業務や、チームと協力して現場の課題に対する改善プランの策定・実行に携わります。また、運送業務委託先（DSP）と連携し、配送状況を把握するとともに、安全性・品質・作業効率の向上を目指したプロジェクトを企画し推進します。さらに、標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成や業務の標準化推進も行います。
私たちの職場では、物流の仕組みやマネジメントに関する知識を深めることができ、キャリアアップや他部署への異動の機会もあります。シフト勤務制であるため、夜勤も含めた柔軟な働き方が求められます。この役割では、多種多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーとともに、全国規模での物流網の拡大に貢献し、Amazonの重要拠点で新しいビジネスに挑戦するという意欲的なミッションに携わっていただきます。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Experience in networking - Experience in process improvement - Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.) - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - **望ましい経験**: - Experience in people management - Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level - Experience in team management and building (including coaching and mentoring) - Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment - Experience ability to understand and devise new models that work - Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions |
