説明Are you excited to drive high-visibility, strategic logistics and technology solutions? Central Operations (Ops) JP is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong record of achieving results, to own and execute strategic initiatives for Central Ops Systems Management (COSM). COSM team is dedicated to improving Delivery Station (DS) and Delivery Service Provider (DSP) performances through back end systems configurations, ensuring smooth DS operations and optimal route planning. Our configurations encompass settings for all existing Amazon DS such as Large DS, Exchange Points (XPT), Mini DS, 3PL (AMPL), and Amazon Logistics Extra Large (AMXL).You will work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to understand, implement, and improve COSM programs and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functions and teams including program management, delivery station operations, last mile tech, planning, routing, network optimization, middle mile, topology, finance, analytics, transportation, and more in Amazon Logistics (AMZL). Such exposure and collaboration with a variety of teams allow opportunities for further career growth within Amazon and beyond.You will actively solve problems ranging from immediate challenges to long term programs. You will manage multiple projects, own schedules, outline key milestones, and ensure deliverables are met. The work balances between working independently, and influencing other stakeholders, and people managing. You will recommend data driven solutions, lead pilot tests to assess the program, and expand refined SOPs to operational teams. You take business trips within and outside Japan on a need basis to build your skills, network and to gain insights from other regions and bring and export best practices to and from Japan.About the teamAbout Central Ops JP team:The Central Ops JP team is a back office team remotely supporting AMZL and AMXL operations across Japan. Our four pillars are standardization, optimization, centralization, and innovation. We offer a variety of services such as route plan, scheduling, volume adjustment, on road management, system configuration, and risk mitigation. We remove the gemba's burden so they can focus on what matters most under the roof for station associates and on the road for our drivers. We are a diverse and inclusive team offering great opportunities for career growth.About COSM team:COSM consists of one team lead, five program managers, two configuration specialists, and eight operators. We configure delivery attainment areas, set provider/mobility preferences (RGUs), exclusion zones to support On The Road (OTR) operations. COSM also executes Under The Roof (UTR) configurations including sort path, pick path, dispatch planner. We also support station closures and relocations.

基本条件- Bachelor's degree- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- Business level of Japanese and English
