You'll collaborate with teams across Japan and globally, occasionally traveling to build your network and exchange best practices.About the teamAMXL JP leads Amazon's Heavy & Bulky (H&B) logistics network in Japan, partnering with customer-obsessed delivery experts to provide premium services including Room of Choice Delivery, Installation, and Recycling. We deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable solutions that delight our customers.Our diverse team spans operations, tech, finance, customer experience, and program management. We collaborate across Amazon to scale our operations while maintaining the highest standards for customer satisfaction.

基本条件- 3+ years of program or project management experience- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
