The Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team is looking for planner in the space of Supply Chain, Inventory Planning and Forecasting. This position is also required to automate the planning process to further scale the planning and utilize our resource with securing its accuracy. This position also need to lead the projects to expand inbound and outbound network.オペレーションプランニングスペシャリストは、アマゾンの特定のプロダクトネットワークの計画を作成します。また本ポジションはその計画の正確性を担保しながらプロセスを自動化し、その業務の幅を広げることも求められます。プロジェクトリードもその責任範囲であり、入出荷のネットワークの拡張に責任を持ちます。About the teamThe primary mission of the S&OP team is to provide a short to medium term fulfillment plan (up to 13 weeks) for JP Amazon network in order to make labor planning and truck/driver plan using multiple inputs working with a lot of stakeholders. S&OPのミッションはFCの人員計画や配送計画策定のために様々なインプットを駆使して複数のステークホルダーと協業しながら13週間の短中期の計画を策定することです。

基本条件- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- 2+ years of supply chain experience- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
