Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and (most importantly) customer-obsessed program manager.We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager in Japan to help establish Amazon Transportation’s last mile delivery as the preferred provider in this specific space in order to build our network of Delivery Partners to drive product utilization and service optimization within the Amazon Transportation world. Internally, this leader will work directly with functions that cut across the organization, including technology, transportation, operations and customer service, to drive a great customer experience for our program. This position will be responsible for volume planning, both short-term and long-term, for Amazon Flex. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently to drive growth and change in a fast-paced environment. 基本条件- 5+ years of program or project management experience, or a PMP and 5+ years of supply chain experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
