We are looking for individuals who can apply their knowledge of operations and internal controls to a diverse set of risk areas including compliance, process, technology, legal, finance, and program management. In this role, you will work closely with rapidly growing Amazon logistics last mile transportation businesses to understand their nuanced risk landscapes, and form the audit program in a sustainable and scalable way to control the risks under the reasonable level. You will also support the rapidly growing business team by collaborating with the risk management team, and propose the scalable and sustainable risk management solutions. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders (legal, financial, safety, PR, and other compliance departments) to optimize various programs to promote compliance. 基本条件- 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience handling confidential information- Business level English, Fluent level Japanese
