These sites specialize in large, heavy, and temperature-sensitive products that demand unique logistics solutions. By scaling this network, the EF team unlocks product selection that customers never thought they could get delivered fast — and delivers it at speeds that redefine expectations.What you'll own:You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of EF sites — launching new logistics centers and managing them as a business after go-live. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Retail, Real Estate, and 3PL partners to drive site readiness — from vendor selection and contract negotiation through operational go-live. Manage timelines, resolve cross-functional blockers, and ensure each site launches on schedule and meets quality standards.■ Drive Post-Launch Business Management: Once a site is operational, own its business performance. Manage P&L, lead QBRs with 3PL partners, identify and execute cost optimization initiatives, and monitor operational KPIs to ensure sustained performance. Proactively address issues before they impact customer experience or cost targets.■ Propose and Implement Logistics Network Solutions:Identify logistics challenges that could constrain business growth. Propose concrete solutions — whether reconfiguring the network, launching specialized centers for new product categories, or improving existing site capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally to turn proposals into reality at speed.■ Participate in Network Capacity Planning:Engage with demand forecasting and capacity planning processes to understand the broader network context. 基本条件- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 5+ years of program or project Management experience- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- Intermediate-level Japanese language proficiency- Business-level English reading and writing skills
