仕事内容
私たちは、お客様の事業課題や業務課題を起点に、AI導入プロジェクトを総合的にリードするAIプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。具体的な業務内容には、まずお客様の事業課題や業務課題を整理し、AI導入プロジェクトの計画を策定します。その後、プロジェクトの進捗管理や課題、リスク管理を行います。社内外のステークホルダーとの折衝や合意形成を通じて、AIコンサルタントやAIエンジニアと連携しながら導入を推進します。そして、プロジェクト全体をマネジメントし、効果創出に向けた定着化支援を行います。これには、様々なステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進し、事業成果につなげる力が求められます。私たちは、AIの専門知識よりも、これまで培ったプロジェクトマネジメント力を重視しており、プロジェクトを成功に導くためのリード力と調整能力を期待しています。
