仕事内容

We are looking for talented individuals to join our global transformation program, which focuses on standardizing business processes and solutions on a global scale. As an SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a critical role by leveraging your comprehensive and cross-functional understanding of SAP core business processes. Your task will include leading the design and delivery of end-to-end process and solution strategies, drawing on your deep solution expertise to effectively address complex business challenges and deliver tangible value to our clients. Additionally, you will engage in and facilitate discussions and workshops with senior client stakeholders, such as CxO and department heads, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.

This role encompasses the full project lifecycle, from the envisioning phase through to delivery, providing exposure across strategy and implementation. There will be opportunities to work on large-scale SAP implementation projects and utilize SAP S4/Hana skills, including FI, CO, SDM, MM, CRM, and MDM modules. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is required, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Experience in program management for large transformation projects would be beneficial and considered an added advantage in this role.
