As a Practice Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Offensive Security team in Japan and growing the practice. Your day to day activities will involve managing the team, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance to the team members.

Lead and manage the Offensive Security team to ensure timely delivery of pen tests and the skills and services meet the demand of the clients.

Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance to the team members.

Develop and implement security testing strategies and methodologies to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

Conduct security testing, including web app pen test, network infrastructure pen test, mobile app pen test, to adversary simulations, to identify and report vulnerabilities.

Provide regular status updates to the project stakeholders and ensure that the project is delivered within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Work closely with other Growth Markets offensive security teams to align on strategies and sharing of knowledge.



10 years experience in information security, 3 years in leading offensive security teams.

Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering, and relevant offensive security certifications such as OSCP.
