仕事内容
As part of Accenture's Pricing Architects team, we focus on developing and implementing strategies that enhance our deal teams' ability to maximize profitability through effective market-based pricing strategies. Our primary responsibilities include crafting Accenture’s overarching pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth across diverse client groups. We develop client rate cards to support account teams and design commercial strategies to boost profitability, including price positioning and financial structuring. By analyzing competitor pricing and capabilities, we derive and pursue deal-specific price targets that differentiate us in the market.
For senior managers, our role extends to managing sales materials, coordinating proposal responses with various internal teams, and participating in negotiations as needed. We proactively manage sales pipelines in collaboration with leadership, identifying trends and optimization opportunities to enhance deal outcomes. Additionally, we engage in educational initiatives to upskill client-facing teams in market-based pricing defense and strategy.
Operational execution requires us to build and maintain strong relationships internally and with clients, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure optimal pricing strategies. We also support sales teams by developing best practices, analyzing program metrics, and refining cost models to secure competitive pricing.
We expect senior managers to have a minimum of 10 years of experience, proficiency in competitive analysis, and deep expertise in pricing strategies, while associate managers should have at least 4 years of relevant experience. English fluency and flexibility in work hours are also required to accommodate business needs.
