仕事内容
We are responsible for optimizing the financial and business operations results of our client accounts by managing and enhancing commercial performance. As Commercial Directors, our goal is to exceed expected profitability through strategic oversight and integration of four critical pillars: financial management, contract management and legal compliance, resource and project management, and nurturing commercial relationships. We function as the "COO" for accounts, supporting delivery by leading a fully integrated business operations team. Our key responsibilities include ensuring accurate risk management, fluctuating resource allocation, and compliance with agreements to avoid surprises.
We foster strong client relationships and oversee client commercial negotiations to align client expectations with contractual agreements. Working closely with account leadership, we participate in strategic planning and execution to ensure successful service delivery. Additionally, we develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans focusing on financial management activities such as planning, forecasting, pricing, and profit optimization. We also oversee contract compliance, negotiation strategies, and risk mitigation.
Our role involves maintaining engagement with the client's leadership, providing insights into commercial negotiations, and leveraging best practices and tools to enhance operational performance. This includes monitoring and reporting financial metrics, maintaining governance meeting structures, and managing pipeline visibility. We are also responsible for coordinating human resources planning and training management to support the team in achieving their career goals within the commercial framework.
Through effective leadership, strong stakeholder relationships, and strategic focus on financial and contract management, we aim to enhance client value and drive account growth, simultaneously managing existing business operations.
