仕事内容

We are seeking a Solutions Architect for Amazon Quick, our AI assistant designed to enhance business intelligence through the power of generative AI. In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping organizations transition towards data-driven decision-making by leveraging AI-powered insights and automated actions. As part of AWS's sales organization, you will address complex challenges with expert knowledge in data analytics and AI, designing scalable and resilient architectures tailored to clients' needs.

Your primary responsibilities will involve leading technical discussions with customer teams to translate their complex business needs into efficient, scalable architectures. You will design and implement end-to-end solutions using Amazon Quick's capabilities such as agentic features, dashboards, and automation, ensuring that all solutions are secure, cost-optimized, and reliable. Collaborating closely with AWS field sales, training, and technical support teams, you will work to guarantee customer success and receive their feedback to influence feature development and the roadmap for Amazon Quick.

Additionally, you will be expected to act as a thought leader, creating and disseminating technical content like white papers, blog posts, and workshops. This content will educate customers on best practices for business intelligence and generative AI. Engaging in public speaking at high-profile events like AWS Summits will also be part of your mission, as you evangelize AWS services and solutions to a global audience.

You will collaborate with Go-To-Market Specialist teams to devise adoption strategies, facilitating both direct and scaled customer engagements. Your goal is to further promote Amazon Quick's knowledge and understanding across various platforms, working closely with global teams focused on Amazon Quick's extensive features, including its agentic and automation capabilities.

- Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
- Experience working with or evaluating AI systems
- Experience within the data and analytics domain (e.g., SQL, data engineering, or similar), with a focus on business intelligence
- Experience developing dashboards with a Business Intelligence platform such as Quick Sight, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Thoughtspot, Microstrategy, Sisense, Domo, etc.
- Japanese fluency and Business level English

- **望ましい経験**:
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience with any programming language such as Python, Java, C++
- Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
- Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
- Experience in architecting and implementing Business Intelligence and generative AI solutions into production
