仕事内容
We are seeking a BI-oriented Process Improvement Specialist to join the RiCO team, where you will be responsible for the design, development, and scaling of analytical solutions and process enhancements that directly impact our key performance indicators (KPIs). Your primary focus will be on BI and data analytics, which involves designing, building, and maintaining real-time dashboards and automated reporting solutions using tools like QuickSight, SQL, Python, and Excel. You'll create data pipelines to replace manual processes, enabling scalable reporting and capacity scenario analysis at necessary detail levels. Additionally, you'll conduct root cause analysis to quantify performance gaps and identify improvement opportunities, while supporting the development of predictive models as part of our AI/ML roadmap.
In terms of process improvement and optimization, you will manage medium-to-large initiatives from conception through implementation, building solid business cases with measurable impacts and return on investment (ROI). You'll design pilot programs, apply statistical rigor in results validation, and scale solutions throughout the network. Collaboration is key in this role, where you'll work with Operations, Planning, Finance, and international technology teams to align analytics with execution, translating complex data into straightforward narratives for senior leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Furthermore, you'll develop Python/SQL automation tools to minimize manual tasks and enhance reporting accuracy. A deep operational understanding will be necessary to ensure that analytical solutions accurately reflect real-world fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, BI analytics, process improvement initiatives, and possess strong skills in Python and automation. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Japanese is highly desirable.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools - Experience with automation or working with scripting languages like Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell, or equivalent - 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing own tasks and those of other team members for multiple projects - Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business or 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or process improvement within operations/supply chain - **望ましい経験**: - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent - Experience with the AWS platform, web services, software development, or related technologie - Experience working cross-functionally and across regions - Advanced Python skills including data pipeline development, automated reporting, and statistical analysis - Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts for deploying and managing analytical solutions - Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, document stores) for operational data management - Experience building predictive models or working with ML/AI tools - Familiarity with capacity planning, demand forecasting, or risk management frameworks |
