仕事内容
私たちは、データ駆動型のプロセス改善専門家を募集しています。具体的な業務としては、日本のフルフィルメントネットワーク全体の運用KPIを追跡するために、QuickSight、SQL、Python、Excelなどを用いてリアルタイムのダッシュボードと自動化されたレポートソリューションを設計、構築、維持します。また、手動プロセスを置き換えるデータパイプラインの開発を通じて、スケーラブルなレポートと容量シナリオ分析を実現します。パフォーマンスギャップを定量化し、改善機会を優先するために根本原因分析を行います。AI/MLロードマップの一環として、予測モデルと将来のツールの開発をサポートします。さらに、中規模から大規模のイニシアティブをアイデア出しから実施まで管理し、影響とROIを定量化した明確なビジネスケースを構築します。運用、計画、財務、国際技術チームと協働して、分析を実行に繋げるためのコラボレーションを行い、複雑なデータを上級リーダーのための明確なストーリーテリングに変換し、データ駆動型の意思決定を促進します。また、Python/SQLを使った自動化ツールを構築し、手作業の削減とレポートの精度向上を目指します。最終的に、私たちの分析ソリューションが実世界のフルフィルメントプロセスを反映するよう、運用の理解を深めていきます。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools - Experience with automation or working with scripting languages like Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell, or equivalent - 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing own tasks and those of other team members for multiple projects - Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business or 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or process improvement within operations/supply chain - **望ましい経験**: - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent - Experience with the AWS platform, web services, software development, or related technologie - Experience working cross-functionally and across regions - Advanced Python skills including data pipeline development, automated reporting, and statistical analysis - Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts for deploying and managing analytical solutions - Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, document stores) for operational data management - Experience building predictive models or working with ML/AI tools - Familiarity with capacity planning, demand forecasting, or risk management frameworks |
