仕事内容
As the Sr. Worldwide Specialist for GenAI in the WWSO Generative AI team for Amazon Quick, we focus on driving the adoption and market positioning of Amazon Quick's generative AI capabilities among enterprise and mid-market customers in Japan. Our key responsibilities include engaging with customers to drive the adoption of Amazon Quick's GenAI capabilities such as Amazon Q Business, Q Developer, and AI-powered analytics. We act as trusted advisors to C-suite and technical leaders to showcase how generative AI can transform business intelligence and decision-making processes. By developing and executing customer engagement strategies, we accelerate the progression from proof-of-concept to production deployment, forging deep relationships with customers across diverse industries.
In terms of market positioning, we create and refine messaging and value propositions, develop sales plays, and craft industry-specific use cases that highlight Quick's GenAI strengths relative to competitors. We keep pace with market evolution and interpret customer feedback to provide valuable insights to our product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
We enable and educate regional AI/ML specialists and sales teams by developing training materials and workshops. Our collaboration with Solutions Architects and Technical Account Managers is key to supporting complex customer engagements. Furthermore, we mentor junior specialists to build a high-performing team.
We engage with system integrators, consulting, and technology partners to co-develop solutions, identify partnership opportunities, and participate in industry events. Additionally, we pursue new market opportunities, develop industry-specific strategies, and contribute to strategic planning. Our goal is to drive customer adoption, generate revenue, and influence market share with Amazon Quick's GenAI capabilities.
