仕事内容
The AWS Infrastructure Capacity Delivery team is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to support the expansion of our Data Center infrastructure. In this role, we manage cross-functional and technical teams to effectively deliver Data Center capacity projects. Our responsibilities include leading projects from strategy development through various stages such as conceptual design feasibility, requirements gathering, budgeting, design finalization, implementation, testing, and deployment.
We expect our leaders to have a strong understanding of our business goals and rapidly execute plans to deliver high-quality results. This involves interacting with customers, partners, and suppliers. We manage remote project delivery teams, facilitating technical sessions to troubleshoot issues, and removing barriers to project success. Building cross-functional matrix-based teams and establishing trust with stakeholders across multiple time zones is crucial. Additionally, managing capital budgets, eliminating unnecessary activities, designing solutions, and accelerating project delivery creatively are key aspects of our job.
Our role involves overseeing multiple programs supporting growth initiatives, demonstrating technical project management experience, and managing strategic programs. Familiarity with various project management tools, methodologies, and techniques throughout all phases of the project lifecycle is essential. We also apply core project management disciplines like scope, schedule, budget, and risk management, along with developing and tracking metrics. | その他 | - **応募要件**: - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience - Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software) - Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds - Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English language - **望ましい経験**: - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Master’s Degree or advanced professional degree - One or more of the following certifications: Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE2, PMP - Understanding of cloud computing and data center market and service providers - Data Centre construction experience and Data Centre Infrastructure (Power & Cooling) experience |
