仕事内容
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to enhance AI and automation in analytics for our Central Operations at Amazon. This role involves defining and implementing scalable data solutions to improve executive-level decision-making, focusing on metrics like capacity planning, forecasting, and delivery execution. You will use business and technical skills in a fast-paced environment to develop solutions impacting millions of daily customer deliveries. You'll also work with state-of-the-art AI and Generative AI tools designed to enhance decision-making and streamline work processes. Your responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting data using tools like Redshift, Oracle, and NoSQL, as well as leveraging AWS solutions and building ETL pipelines. Experience in SQL and Python scripting is essential for data processing and modeling. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Japanese and additional experience in large-scale data environments, data mining, and communication with senior leadership are advantageous. You'll have opportunities for continuous learning and AI fluency development within our innovative team environment.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience - Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling - Experience using Python scripting to process data for modeling - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - **望ましい経験**: - Master's degree or above in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field - Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working as a BIE in a technology company - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese |
