仕事内容
As Technical Account Managers (TAM) in AWS Enterprise Support's Strategic Industries segment, we serve as trusted technical advisors to leading global companies in the Fortune 100-200 range. Our role focuses on driving innovation and digital transformation across various cutting-edge technologies such as GenAI, AI/ML, Compute, Storage, Big Data, and more. Unlike traditional technical support, we act as primary technical strategists and vocal representatives of customers, providing executive-level guidance and strategic advice to help industry leaders develop and scale mission-critical applications on AWS.
Our daily responsibilities include delivering technical guidance aligned with the business objectives and specific industry challenges of our customers, advising on large-scale architecture decisions, and supporting critical cloud transformation projects. We are also tasked with resolving complex operational issues, offering proactive recommendations, and devising risk mitigation strategies throughout the cloud adoption process. Additionally, we work closely with senior technical and business stakeholders to propel strategic initiatives and drive change at high levels within global organizations.
We operate within a specialized team focused on Strategic Industries, covering diverse sectors such as Financial Services, Media and Entertainment, Telecom, Healthcare, and more. Our customers are not only major users of AWS but are also strategic partners in innovation, helping shape the future of cloud services. Our role requires deep technical expertise combined with the strategic acumen to influence and facilitate transformative changes.
