仕事内容
As part of the Program Management and Coordination team within AWS Infrastructure Services, we are seeking a Controls Coordinator to manage the transactional backbone for controls delivery across the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for overseeing all work orders, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and capital appropriation requests from start to finish, ensuring they meet published SLAs. Your role will involve close coordination with Controls Engineers, as well as teams in Finance, Legal, and Procurement, to transform engineering decisions into committed financial expenditures. A crucial part of your responsibilities will be designing and maintaining run books and process documentation to ensure workflows are sustainable and can be easily followed by any team member. Furthermore, you will build reporting and automation tools that eliminate the need for manual processing, implementing AI tools where beneficial and assessing the impact of these improvements. You will also take ownership of the vendor management program in your region, establishing consistent processes and collaborating with global counterparts to ensure seamless operations. Your daily tasks will range from managing transactional queues, refining automation processes, coordinating with engineering partners, addressing vendor issues, and preparing data for business reviews. The role demands experience in producing independent documentation, using generative AI tools effectively, managing transactional workflows, and preferably experience in process improvement, data handling, automation, and program management. By the end of each day, your goal is to have advanced work progress, alleviated operational friction, and secured that all changes are thoroughly documented.
