仕事内容
As part of the AWS Infrastructure Capacity Delivery team, our main responsibility is to support the growth of our Data Center infrastructure as a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM). You will lead cross-functional and technical teams through the process of delivering Data Center capacity, guiding projects from strategy development, feasibility analysis, and requirements gathering through to budgeting, detailed design, implementation, testing, and final deployment. We value technical knowledge combined with the ability to engage with customers, partners, and suppliers to align with our business objectives and priorities. The role involves managing remote project delivery teams, conducting technical sessions to resolve issues, and removing barriers to project success. You'll build cross-functional matrix teams, establish trust with stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, design innovative solutions, and accelerate project delivery by eliminating unnecessary activities.
Your responsibilities include overseeing multiple programs that support our growth initiatives, managing remote project delivery teams, and facilitating technical sessions for troubleshooting. You'll also manage capital budgets, and exhibit strong project management skills across all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk, reporting, and metric tracking. Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms are essential for success in this role.
