仕事内容
As Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist Solutions Architects within the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Japan team, we are responsible for representing the voice of the customer by collaborating with field and central teams to convey customer feedback to product teams. Our core responsibility involves leading the curation of custom feature and availability requests tailored to unique customer use cases. Providing advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams is crucial to help unblock customers' significant business challenges. We own the technical standards for specialist artifacts and work alongside GTM colleagues to provide insights into the GTM strategy, supporting field marketing to execute technical events, campaigns, and engagements.
Our role as thought leaders involves sharing best practices through various forums like AWS blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit and AWS re: Invent. We also guide an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts linked with our customers, creating materials for our broader Solutions Architect population to enhance their understanding of integrating new AWS solutions into customer architectures.
As part of the GTM Specialist team, our main focus is leading GTM strategy for AWS Graviton for Japan. We develop sales plays, leverage partner networks, and initiate new programs that drive results. We provide pivotal customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and crucially support building markets for emerging services, domains, or solutions. Our efforts are vital when customers seek innovation and require a new approach to leverage AWS, hence we innovate collaboratively to deliver necessary solutions.
