仕事内容
We are seeking a highly motivated Deal Consultant to join our team focused on strategic initiatives at AWS. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to create differentiated strategic partnership opportunities. Your role involves identifying intersections between our goals, AWS Partner capabilities, and accelerating customers' cloud transformation. You will coach enterprise account teams, structure complex deals and proposals to address the business outcomes of our large enterprise customers, and advise on commercial deal terms. You must have the technical and business acumen to communicate the economic benefits of cloud computing to architects, engineering teams, sales teams, and executives.
You will play a pivotal role in developing cross-functional relationships inside our innovative company, supporting decision-making with high judgment, and facilitating responses to customer and partner needs. You'll act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in shaping commercial strategies and deals, contributing to the acceleration of deal velocity with insights into blocked pipelines and friction points. Additionally, you will work with data to measure business impact, develop strategic cost-benefit analyses of partnerships, and drive operational excellence through scalable mechanisms.
A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrate strategic and long-term thinking, and possess a strong bias for action, strategic planning skills, and quantitative analysis abilities. Building strong internal relationships with leaders across various Amazon business segments such as Product, AWS Partner Programs, and Finance is crucial. A background in sales and strategic partnership development with an innovative and analytical mindset is essential for building transformative partnerships across different industries and geographies.
