仕事内容
As the Sub-Unit Head for IT Services Operations, our primary responsibility is to manage the complete delivery of IT services, drive business growth, and enhance operational efficiency within Japan. We are tasked with developing and executing operational strategies that not only boost service delivery but also accelerate business growth in a competitive market. A key aspect of our role involves driving revenue growth by expanding existing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities while maintaining alignment with our company's global strategies tailored to meet local market needs.
Our duties include overseeing IT service delivery, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction standards. We implement best practices in project management, service operations, and quality assurance to ensure top-tier service delivery. Budget and resource optimization are crucial, maximizing operational efficiency to meet business objectives.
Serving as primary contact points for our clients, we focus on maintaining strong relationships to drive business expansion. By collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams, we provide custom IT solutions that fit client needs, enhancing service offerings and driving customer success initiatives. As leaders, we mentor and lead teams, fostering a high-performance work culture geared toward innovation and excellence. This role includes hiring, training, and developing talent to fulfill both current and future business requirements, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.

Insurance is must or connection with insurance industry influencer or decision makers •Client Engagement: Proven track record in managing enterprise clients and delivering large-scale IT projects. •Leadership: Experience in managing diverse teams, driving performance, and fostering innovation. •Language: Proficiency in Japanese (business-level) and English (business-level) is required. - **望ましい経験**: •Deep understanding of Japan’s IT services market and business culture. •Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. •Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps frameworks. •Experience working in a global/matrix organization. |
