仕事内容
At AWS, we are seeking an Engagement Manager to lead over AWS consultants, partners, and client teams in delivering AWS cloud products and services that enable customers to meet their business objectives. The Engagement Manager plays a key role in managing professional services engagements that focus on the full AWS platform to help customers and partners overcome constraints and accelerate their transition to AWS. Our team undertakes a wide range of projects, sharing collective AWS customer experiences and best practices, ensuring a focus on customer success. The role involves collaborating across the AWS organization, including product, service, and training teams, to provide the right solutions and drive innovation for customers across all industries. As an Engagement Manager, you will facilitate customer decision-making to achieve technical and business goals by providing best practices and proactively identifying and resolving project gaps. You will engage across organizations for consensus and teamwork, develop and evolve technical documentation, and guide delivery methodology. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in complex, transformational engagements, be skilled in business-level Japanese and English, and possess relevant industry experience and project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.

| その他 | - 応募要件: - 7+ years relevant industry experience - 5+ years of experience as a consultant or transformation lead - Has led significantly complex and/or transformational engagements - Assists customers to envision business objectives and implement solutions - Business level of Japanese and English - 望ましい経験: - Has deep and broad understanding of principles that apply to technology scenarios for large customers, industries, or technology domains - Exemplary in communicating technical concepts to both technical and business audiences - Leads cross-org initiatives requiring the consensus and collaboration of many teams - Establishes best practices in a deeply understood domain and/or broadly across organizations - Develops scaled mechanisms to create and evolve technical documentation; defines documentation standards - Defines, educates/mentors, and provides engagement-specific guidance on delivery methodology - PMP or any other relevant project management certification(s) - Scrum Master or any other relevant agile project management certification(s) - Able to achieve a Solutions Architect Associate Certification within 6 months of being hired |
