仕事内容
As a Machine Learning Engineer in the Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are tasked with developing and deploying advanced machine learning (ML) models and pipelines to address a variety of customer challenges using generative AI. Our role involves collaborating with scientists to handle substantial datasets, including text and images, to create solutions that address real-world problems. We are expected to design and conduct experiments, research new algorithms, and optimize aspects such as risk, profitability, and customer experience.
Our daily responsibilities include building innovative ML solutions that enhance service performance, durability, cost, and security. We engage in designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining these solutions to ensure high-quality, highly available, and always-on products. We also solve complex technical problems across different system layers and research implementations that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In our work environment, akin to a startup, we engage in discussions, code reviews, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization. Collaboration is key as we work cross-functionally to contribute technical insights that drive business solutions. Through our contributions, we aim to deliver high-impact ML solutions to a global customer base, helping us build a diverse and inclusive culture that supports continuous learning and innovation.
