仕事内容
As a Logistics Operations Specialist within our Data Center logistics team, our core responsibility is to manage and optimize the daily flow of materials, equipment, and inventory to ensure that our operations align with customer needs. We oversee the entire logistics network, controlling inbound and outbound activities while maintaining inventory accuracy. Coordination with our warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams is essential to meet service level commitments.
Our role involves acting as the primary contact for logistics operations across various sites. We coordinate and supervise scheduling and support shipments between locations, including the planning, tracking, and resolving of any issues that may arise. Additionally, overseeing on-site activities such as receiving, unpacking, and verifying content accuracy is within our purview. Maintaining workspace standards in terms of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety is another crucial aspect of our job.
We are also tasked with identifying and addressing bottlenecks in our operations through detailed root cause analysis. By recommending and implementing targeted process changes, we strive to improve workflow efficiency and enhance performance across the logistics function. Our operational expertise and analytical skills are instrumental in driving measurable gains in efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall logistics performance.
This role requires the ability to handle materials up to 18 kg with team assistance and necessitates occasional travel across the cluster for site support. We work in diverse environments, including the office, storage areas, and occasionally outside, often involving varied weather conditions and noise levels similar to industrial-grade fans. Adherence to safety protocols, such as wearing PPE like safety shoes, is mandatory. We also participate in on-call duties outside regular working hours, sharing this responsibility with our team.
