仕事内容
As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) in our global Automotive & Manufacturing Industries team, we are responsible for guiding AWS customers through their cloud journey, ensuring the effective collaboration of AWS teams to deliver successful outcomes. Our role is pivotal in assisting enterprise customers in their digital transformations by aligning AWS solutions with specific industry needs. We leverage our cloud architecture experience to support high-value customers, tackling complex issues and shaping cloud adoption strategies.
We act as critical partners, facilitating large-scale cloud transformations, guiding operational and governance aspects, and coordinating with AWS leadership and various account groups, including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services. Our responsibilities include planning major workload migrations, translating strategic initiatives into actionable plans, and managing customer engagement through education plans, strategic alignments, and transition events.
Furthermore, we evangelize AWS services, encourage their adoption, and contribute to the effective management of customer migrations to AWS. We are empowered to innovate, take ownership of challenges, and provide proactive solutions, leveraging strong technical backgrounds and problem-solving skills. As peer leaders, we aim to gain stakeholder buy-in, lead virtual teams, and influence team and customer decisions with our enterprise cloud experience and operational excellence.
Our focus areas include accelerating AWS adoption, enabling customers' cloud journeys, implementing governance structures, and quantifying business benefits from cloud transformation. This comprehensive approach establishes us as trusted advisors to guide customers from strategy to execution, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through AWS solutions. The position requires travel up to 25% to support these engagements.
