仕事内容
As Value Architects, we focus on identifying where AI can make a significant impact on business performance, determining which opportunities should be prioritized, and establishing how we will measure success. We collaborate closely with client executives, Industry Reinvention Leads, Domain Architects, and delivery teams to develop compelling value cases that justify transformation investments. In this role, we combine strategic insight, commercial judgment, and expertise in realizing benefits to ensure that every transformation initiative is supported by a believable value proposition linked to tangible business results.
Our responsibilities entail partnering with clients and Avanade Next teams to pinpoint, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities, assessing value potential, strategic goals, operational limitations, and the feasibility of different initiatives. We propose and sequence use cases according to their value and feasibility. Establishing a solid business case and baseline is critical; we build value hypotheses, craft business cases, and establish baselines during the project formation phase. We translate AI capabilities into narratives comprehensible to CFOs, COOs, and Boards, setting measurement models before delivery commences.
We are also accountable for benefit tracking and governance, closely monitoring realized versus projected benefits throughout the delivery process. We provide transparent reporting on benefit variances at each stage, recommending course corrections when expected value is not achieved. Collaborating with FDEs and Trust Architects, we contribute verified outcomes and benchmark data to the APAC value library to support outcome-based and value-based commercial models.
Our performance is evaluated based on the establishment and baselining of business cases for every engagement, active benefits tracking throughout deployments, and post-deployment validation of business case assumptions, with clear explanations for any variances. We aim for client recognition of the value case at critical decision points, enabling executive stakeholders to make informed investment decisions grounded in clearly defined value, risk, and implementation scenarios.
