仕事内容
As Trust Architects, our mission is to build and maintain trust in AI systems and among the people utilizing them. We ensure that each system deployed by Avanade Next is secure, reliable, and ready for production, and that clients' personnel are capable and ready to integrate these systems into their workflow confidently.
Our role has two primary dimensions. Firstly, building trust in AI involves the establishment of evaluation frameworks, accuracy metrics, security controls, governance protocols, and human-in-the-loop safeguards. This ensures systems operate safely and efficiently. Secondly, we focus on fostering trust in people by designing strategies for adoption, enhancing capabilities, and facilitating human-agent collaboration.
Key responsibilities include setting governance, risk, and security parameters before development, embedding controls and feedback mechanisms as systems mature, and supporting compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements with guidance from relevant experts. We are also responsible for designing and conducting evaluations, ensuring that accuracy and quality standards are met, and collaborating with delivery teams to establish trust and monitoring from the ground up.
Furthermore, we lead adoption and change initiatives that boost confidence through transparency and education, redesign human-agent interactions to align systems with practical workflows, and monitor usage and oversight post-implementation. By contributing to evaluation frameworks, governance models, and adoption resources, we ensure that reusable assets and methodologies are generated from each engagement.
Key performance metrics include establishing governance and security controls before development starts, achieving predefined accuracy and safety standards prior to production, ensuring adoption exceeds thresholds within 90 days of launch, and maintaining compliance with AI standards and obligations, supported by the provision of reusable assets from every project.
