仕事内容
As Forward Deployed Engineers at Avanade Next, we integrate into client environments from the outset to transform business aspirations into tangible production outcomes. We begin by collaborating with key stakeholders, such as Industry Reinvention Leads and various Architects, to discern commercial imperatives and then design systems that fulfill these needs. Our role involves not merely executing directives but actively assisting clients in determining what should be built, questioning assumptions to ensure value, and steering the project from inception to live deployment.
Our responsibilities include developing and deploying comprehensive AI systems, embedding within client operations, and delivering from the initial weeks of our engagement. We focus on identifying opportunities where AI can deliver substantial value, testing assumptions, and ensuring solutions are scalable and technically robust. Within the consulting phase, we construct functional prototypes that validate strategic initiatives, while in the studio phase, we escalate these prototypes to full-production systems with rigorous engineering standards. Additionally, we configure and implement pre-built agentic products in client settings.
We leverage Avanade’s Agentic Platform and the Microsoft AI stack, optimizing tools such as Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry to address business challenges. Key practices involve agent-assisted development, automated evaluation, and maintaining oversight throughout production. Collaboration with Trust Architects ensures accuracy and compliance is built into the process, while engagement with Value Architects guarantees alignment with desired measurable outcomes. Furthermore, we enhance the APAC IP library by contributing reusable components and methodologies. We maintain high autonomy, often navigating through the unclear terrain of early discovery stages, consistently aiming for client outcomes that showcase measurable business value and successful deployment achievements.
