仕事内容
We are committed to transforming business ambition into reality by serving as a pivotal role that bridges the gap between strategy and execution in the realm of AI-enabled solutions. As a Forward Deployed Engineer Lead Practitioner at Avanade Next, our role involves partnering with clients and internal teams, such as Industry Reinvention Leads, Domain Architects, and Value Architects, to align on business priorities and transform them into practical AI solutions. We emphasize identifying and exploring AI's potential to deliver meaningful business value, challenging existing assumptions, and shaping commercially viable and technically feasible solutions.
Our responsibility encompasses owning the engineering standard for the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) track. This involves establishing solution architecture patterns and engineering practices that ensure production readiness and operational support. We continuously evolve AI-native engineering practices, leveraging reusable components, automated evaluations, and agent-assisted development for enhanced productivity. Additionally, we define reference architectures and solution patterns that align Avanade Next's capabilities, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft tools, to effectively address business challenges.
Furthermore, we are instrumental in setting hiring and capability development standards for the FDE track, fostering skills that span across business, architecture, and engineering domains. We lead the development of career pathways, facilitating the transition of traditional engineers to AI-native roles. We also engage directly in complex or strategic projects, ensuring successful production outcomes and contributing to the evolution of Avanade Next's platform through reusable assets and insightful delivery lessons. Through these efforts, we strive for demonstrable productivity improvements and measurable business outcomes, supporting Avanade Next’s mission to consistently deliver production-grade solutions.
