仕事内容
In the Value Senior Advisor role, we engage directly with C-level executives to facilitate enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring measurable business value for our clients. This position demands robust financial acumen, enabling us to analyze financial statements, business plans, and executive KPIs effectively. By grounding transformation discussions in quantitative value, we position SAP as a trusted partner in transformational initiatives.
Our key responsibilities involve leading executive engagements to assess their strategic priorities and transformation goals. We create convincing business cases at the executive and board level, utilizing both financial and non-financial metrics. A crucial part of the role is driving Value Management, which includes supporting GO/NO-GO decisions based on value, setting clear value targets for transformative initiatives, measuring value realization, and offering guidance for continuous improvement.
Partnership with our sales teams is essential to craft account strategies, support strategic deals, and accelerate the sales pipeline. We lead complex engagements involving cross-functional SAP teams and customer stakeholders, focusing on developing long-term, trust-based relationships with executive sponsors.
Our methodologies involve applying SAP's global value frameworks and tools. We stay current with evolving methods and tools developed by our global teams, ensuring we incorporate new approaches to maintain our relevance and leadership in the field.
We require candidates with over 15 years of experience in enterprise roles or digital/business transformation, with proven interaction with CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, and CHROs. Strong financial and business analysis skills are essential, along with executive presence and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with SAP solutions is strongly preferred. We value individuals who can articulate complex financial and operational analyses into clear narratives, work collaboratively, adapt communication to stakeholders, and independently identify and resolve issues, driving organizational impact.
