仕事内容

As a Solution Account Lead (SAL), we take on the role of strategic leaders who leverage our deep SAP expertise and business acumen to drive line of business (LoB) cloud revenue and customer success. Our responsibilities involve developing and executing strategic account plans that align with customer goals and broader account strategies. We bring domain expertise to map the end-to-end customer value journey and manage transformation roadmaps.

In our role, we identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to pipeline growth and revenue targets. We also play a crucial role in driving the go-to-market strategies for new products, engaging early with customers to validate solutions and influence product roadmaps, especially in AI and innovation initiatives.

We support solution advisors and ensure that demo systems are ready, managing enablement programs, and collaborating on the creation of customized demos, prototypes, and trial environments. Our focus is on crafting compelling value propositions, conducting strategic discovery, and engaging in executive-level negotiations to drive demand and secure investment.

Our role extends to managing customer adoption and consumption, working with Customer Success Management communities to ensure solution delivery and continuous improvement. Building and maintaining strong C-suite relationships and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders are essential to our account governance and success strategy.

Furthermore, we are responsible for fostering relationships with strategic consulting partners to co-develop joint market strategies and creating disruptive solutions. We work closely with internal teams in Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure our impact is integrated into the go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in business-related fields, extensive management consulting experience, executive relationship-building skills, and expertise in SAP and industry trends, particularly in AI and innovation. Proven track record in account management, solution sales, and stakeholder management is essential, alongside excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
