仕事内容

Our responsibilities include developing and executing customer-centric strategies independently, mastering complex sales cycles, and driving the adoption and consumption of SAP Services solutions to meet quarterly quotas while ensuring customer success. We are tasked with building and maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships, aligning strategic account plans with the customer's business objectives, and managing a robust pipeline to foster SAP Services adoption. Our aim is to consistently deliver value and achieve sales targets by accelerating the consumption of our services, thereby securing ongoing customer engagement and future business prospects. We are committed to creating lifetime value by enhancing customer success and maintaining performance consistency. Our role also involves positioning us strategically within our territories, enhancing our competitive standing, and leveraging advancements in AI and data analytics to improve stakeholder engagement and ensure quality assurance. Furthermore, we are responsible for negotiation, managing sales territories, and building relationships that align with the customer's value journey, ultimately driving both strategic AI synthesis and agentic AI practices to elevate the customer experience.
