仕事内容

We are seeking individuals to join our structured skill-led journey that encompasses onboarding, training, learning, rotation, mentoring, and coaching, focusing on both AI capabilities and core professional skills. In this role, you will support SAP IT Services workstreams under the guidance of experienced professionals.

If aligned with IT Business Services, you will assist with contract tracking, entitlement validation, customer health monitoring, onboarding coordination, and governance documentation. You'll learn the end-to-end process of customer engagement throughout the SAP Private Cloud lifecycle, which includes driving service stability, adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.

If aligned with IT Tech Services, you will help with cloud landscape monitoring, technical documentation, risk logging, lifecycle event coordination, and customer communication. Your role will involve acting as technical support for customer cloud landscapes, emphasizing stability, optimization, proactive risk management, and architectural governance to ensure reliable and scalable cloud operations.

Your contribution will consist of supporting delivery and technical advisory activities under the guidance of a mentor. Strong English communication skills are necessary, and proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean is advantageous.
