仕事内容
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Business Process (Senior) Consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives in source-to-contract processes and pioneer AI-driven innovations in procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract solutions for enterprise clients. This involves conducting comprehensive business process analysis, developing detailed process maps to identify optimization opportunities, and automating potential aspects. You will lead client engagements by gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, you will mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on SAP Ariba configurations, customizations, and integrations. Evaluating emerging AI technologies to enhance procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and improve decision-making capabilities will be a key focus. Furthermore, you will develop and deliver training programs, documentation, and change management strategies to ensure successful system adoption. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous process improvement forms a significant part of the role. Staying current with SAP Ariba product updates, AI innovations, and industry trends is essential to provide clients with forward-thinking recommendations. Moreover, you will participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design workshops and proposal development for new business opportunities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Advanced proficiency in business process modeling, documentation, and optimization methodologies.
