仕事内容
As a Principal Enterprise Architect, we will lead architecture engagements for SAP's most strategic customers, aiding their transition to the SAP Autonomous Enterprise. This involves acting as transformation partners to senior IT leaders, influencing architectural decisions and shaping strategic roadmaps to embody SAP’s autonomous enterprise vision. We are responsible for leading the definition of enterprise architecture strategy, translating SAP's vision into actionable guidance, and partnering with CIOs on RISE-led transformations.
Our role includes working closely with business leaders to conduct process transformation discussions leveraging inputs from Signavio and driving value realization by advocating for agent-led toolchain adoption, such as CALM, LeanIX, and Walkme. We will align stakeholders around KPIs, value drivers, and success plans, identify and mitigate risks related to architecture and adoption, and accelerate SAP Business AI Platform adoption including SAP BTP and other innovations.
In addition, we shape the SAP Business AI strategy for customers by driving AI capability adoption across S/4HANA and BTP and developing AI use case roadmaps. Documenting architectural patterns and lessons from engagements enriches the organizational knowledge base. We actively participate in enhancing SAP’s architectural standards and frameworks, sharing expertise within our community of practice.
Our responsibilities require a growth mindset, extensive experience in enterprise architecture, and a strong understanding of how AI facilitates transformations. The ability to connect technical and business values, influence SAP Partners, and effectively communicate with executives is essential. We must also support peer mentoring and exhibit collaborative and documentation skills, all while maintaining a consulting mindset that drives technology-enabled business strategies.
