仕事内容
The Contract Specialist role is central to providing exceptional Quote-to-Cash support and guidance to our Account Teams, specifically focused on the Commercial and Enterprise segments in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. This role demands comprehensive support in deal structuring, quoting, contracting, deal calculations, and service delivery, ensuring all processes comply with our revenue and company policies. A robust understanding of SaaS industry practices, Salesforce products, and company-specific procedures is essential. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively, often engaging in complex problem-solving and clear communication in both English and Japanese. Tasks include responding to process and policy inquiries, assisting Sales Teams with quoting and deal structuring, and addressing customer satisfaction concerns through negotiation and feedback. The role involves calculating contract values and handling contract or order replacements, partnering with Pricing, Revenue Recognition, and Legal teams, ensuring proper revenue recognition during contract negotiations, managing cases within Omnichannel, sharing best practices to improve business processes, and supporting training of new team members. Compliance with company and SOX policies is mandatory, as is documenting and resolving approval requests per operational processes. Active participation in User Acceptance Testing and other projects is expected. The candidate should have over three years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in Japanese and English, and ideally possess skills in project management, multi-market operations support, and Salesforce CRM.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: You have 3+ years of sales/customer support experience, sales operations, or customer order management, ideally within the IT industry. You have hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash processes, including contract structuring, deal calculations, and commission calculation. You are fluent in both Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. - **望ましい経験**: You have excellent interpersonal skills — articulate, willing to debate difficult issues constructively, and able to think quickly. You are extremely detail-oriented with the ability to clearly articulate case resolutions and actions required by Account Executives. You have the ability to analyze problems quickly and drive toward optimal outcomes independently. You have demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience. You can excel in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines. You have the ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines. You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. You have prior experience supporting multi-market or cross-regional operations (Korea or Taiwan markets a plus). You have Korean language skills (spoken and/or written). |
