仕事内容
As a Contract Specialist, we provide essential support and guidance in the Quote-to-Cash process for Account Teams handling our Commercial and Enterprise customer segments in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Our role encompasses assisting with deal structures, quotes, contracts, deal calculations, and service delivery, ensuring adherence to revenue policies and company guidelines. We bring a comprehensive understanding of SaaS industry practices, Salesforce products, and corporate procedures, allowing us to work both independently and collaboratively on diverse assignments while effectively communicating complex scenarios in English and Japanese.
Our tasks include responding to process and policy inquiries, aiding Sales Teams with quoting and deal structuring, handling customer satisfaction issues related to contracts and products, performing crucial contract-related calculations, and collaborating with internal teams such as Pricing, Revenue Recognition, and Legal. We also ensure compliance with company policies and SOX regulations, manage Omnichannel-based cases, share best practices, support new member training, handle approval requests within SLAs, and engage in User Acceptance Testing and other projects.
We seek individuals with over three years of experience in sales or customer support, sales operations, or customer order management, preferably in the IT industry. Hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash processes and fluency in Japanese and English are essential. Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, process improvement initiative participation, project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with Salesforce CRM experience being advantageous. Experience in supporting multi-market operations and knowledge of Korean are considered additional assets.

| その他 | **応募要件**: You have 3+ years of sales/customer support experience, sales operations, or customer order management, ideally within the IT industry. You have hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash processes, including contract structuring, deal calculations, and commission calculation. You are fluent in both Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. **望ましい経験**: You have excellent interpersonal skills — articulate, willing to debate difficult issues constructively, and able to think quickly. You are extremely detail-oriented with the ability to clearly articulate case resolutions and actions required by Account Executives. You have the ability to analyze problems quickly and drive toward optimal outcomes independently. You have demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience. You can excel in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines. You have the ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines. You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. You have prior experience supporting multi-market or cross-regional operations (Korea or Taiwan markets a plus). You have Korean language skills (spoken and/or written). |
