仕事内容
We are seeking a Head of Manufacturing Go To Market in Japan who can bring their expertise in the manufacturing sector and enterprise technology depth. Our ideal candidate understands the organizational structures of manufacturing companies and their purchasing behaviors, translating this knowledge into repeatable GTM strategies and actionable solutions for our sales team. This role requires blending manufacturing credibility with platform knowledge to connect directly with ServiceNow's product capabilities, thereby crafting platform workflows and solution architectures that reflect manufacturing realities.
The role involves engaging directly with executives at a customer-facing level (60%), where you'll be representing ServiceNow's vision, delivering presentations, and driving pipeline. You'll engage in industry forums, executive roundtables, and targeted account engagements to establish executive trust and create pipelines focused on critical priorities such as margin, cost, and digital infrastructure. Furthermore, the role entails collaborating with account executives to progress pipelines by leveraging industry expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Additionally, you will partner with our product teams and strategic partners, aligning product strategy with market needs and influencing roadmap prioritization. You'll lead co-development motions with key SIs and technology partners, focusing on manufacturing-specific partnerships. Developing repeatable, scalable GTM plays that translate manufacturing market dynamics into actionable field strategies is a core responsibility, ensuring these can be executed independently by sales teams.
A significant aspect of the role includes applying manufacturing and supply chain knowledge to ServiceNow's platform capabilities, providing strategic oversight during demonstrations, and ensuring a credible business case is presented to executive audiences. You'll also analyze the business landscape, report on trends, and drive actions that align with strategic goals, focusing on in-quarter NNACV as a primary success metric.
