仕事内容
In this role, we will generate new business sales revenue utilizing a SaaS license model. Our responsibilities include thorough account and territory planning, researching potential customers, and implementing business development strategies. We will engage in field-based sales activities targeting a specific set of prospects, territories, or verticals. Our duties involve developing and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives, such as CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs, across all product sales. We will manage client relationship mapping in collaboration with the account team and devise comprehensive account strategies alongside a broad virtual team, which includes Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing teams.
As trusted advisors, we will gain insights into customer businesses and guide them on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmaps. Identifying and deploying the appropriate specialist or support resources at the right moment to nurture a deal will also be a key aspect of our responsibilities. To succeed, we require over seven years of experience in software or solutions sales, adept at establishing trusted relationships with clients and teams. We must have a proven ability to generate new business, negotiate effectively, and sustain strong C-Level relationships while achieving sales targets. Our role involves integrating AI thoughtfully into workflows and decision-making and fostering a "win as a team" mentality focused on customer success.
