仕事内容
In this role, we are responsible for generating new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. Our primary tasks involve detailed account and territory planning, prospect research, and executing business development strategies, all within a designated set of prospects, territory, or vertical. We focus on building relationships with multiple C-suite personas, such as CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs, across all product sales, ensuring that we become trusted advisors by comprehensively understanding their business needs and aligning them with how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmaps.
We coordinate a comprehensive account strategy, including mapping client relationships to our account teams and collaborating with a broad virtual team comprising Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing. Another crucial aspect is identifying and deploying the right specialist or support resources into deals at the appropriate time.
To succeed in this role, we must have over five years of experience in software or solutions sales, proven skills in establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with C-level executives, and the capability to produce new business, negotiate effectively, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, we must have experience integrating AI into work processes and promoting a customer success-oriented "win as a team" mindset within our environment. This position also demands a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
