仕事内容
As members of our Solution Consulting team, we play a critical role in driving our company's success by supporting solution sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. Our main responsibilities include guiding revenue for our products in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. As hands-on technical consultants, we delve deep into solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
Our core duties involve developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles while striving to meet quarterly and annual sales targets for our assigned territories. We act as technical and domain experts within a client-facing sales team, leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and delivering product demonstrations to align our solutions with customer needs. We address queries regarding product features and technical aspects from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues. Furthermore, we provide valuable feedback to Product Management on potential product enhancements to better meet customer needs and create added value.
Additionally, we contribute to team efficiency and quality by sharing best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants. Staying current on competitive analysis and market differentiation is crucial, as is supporting marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
To excel in this position, we require over seven years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions, and experience working collaboratively with Product Management, Product Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services. We also possess territory management skills and are open to necessary travel.
