Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.Job DescriptionWhat you get to do in this role:Reporting to Japan GTM Finance DirectorMain coverage will be supporting Japan ServiceNow Customer Outcome (Professional and Customer Success)Contribute to the financial planning process, helping develop the annual operating plan, budgeting and quarterly forecastingPartner with Customer Outcome Operation team for topline forecasting processes (monthly and quarterly forecasts, scenario modeling)Partner with teams to manage headcount, Opex, and Capex forecastingLead the P&L modelingAnalyze financial results and communicate important messages to senior management optimizing our performanceCreate analysis and presentations to help communicate strategic initiatives across the organizationWork with the Functional leads to provide management reporting, accounting and compliance understanding of global and local operational initiativesSupport our businesses with financial insights and development of performance metricsQualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:Must be already authorized to work in JapanFluent in both English and Japanese5+ years experienceInterest in understanding beyond the "what" as to the "why"A prior background in Product FP&A, equity research, investment banking, or similar background that understands both financial and operational metricsAnalytical mindset, financial modeling and reporting abilitiesAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsProficient in working in large datasets and identifying trends / anomalies against expectationsExperience with Anaplan, BPC, SAP, Business Objects, Tableau, or other BI tools preferred Not sure if you meet every qualification?
